Commission Terms & Rules
Please read everything carefully before commissioning me.
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.
General Agreement
By commissioning me, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging my services, you agree to all terms listed below.These terms apply to all current and future commissions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.-Any artwork used for animation must be approved by the artist for it to be animated.
-All characters in the art must to be old enough(fully grown).
-I do not animate AI-generated artwork as a base for my work.
Please contact me directly for commercial projects, as commercial rates may differ.
General Agreement
Age RequirementBy commissioning me, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase NSFW or hentai content in your country.I do not accept commissions from minors under any circumstances.
Rights & Usage
Disclosure & Publication
I reserve the right to determine when, where, and how the commissioned work is displayed or published,including but not limited to:-portfolio use,
-social media posts,
-promotional materials.If you have privacy concerns or specific posting preferences, these must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the commission is completed.
Private Commissions & Kinks
Private commissions and custom kinks are available with a 10% surcharge added to the final commission price.
Payment Terms
-All payments are invoiced in USD ($).
-Commissions require a 50% upfront payment before work begins.
-Once work has started, refunds and cancellations are not possible.By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Turnaround & Scheduling
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks after invoice payment, depending on:
-complexity,
-workload,
-queue position.
-Express/priority options are available for an additional fee.
